Our Culture

What We Stand For

We don't do corporate. We do exceptional. Everyone here has a direct impact — on the client experience, on the business, and on an industry that demands integrity above all else.

Integrity First

We operate with absolute transparency — with clients, with each other, and with the market. In an industry built on trust, there are no shortcuts and no grey areas.

High Standards

We hold ourselves to the same standard we promise clients — excellence. Not 95%, not almost. We sweat the details because our clients' capital demands it.

Long-Term Thinking

Gold is a long-term asset. So are people. We invest in careers, not just roles. We want people who plan to grow with us, not move on in six months.

Small Team, Big Impact

There are no layers of bureaucracy here. You'll deal with real clients, real problems, and real decisions from day one. Your contribution is visible and it matters.

Expertise Matters

We take precious metals seriously and we expect our team to as well. Continuous learning is built into how we work — from markets, products, regulation, and client dynamics.

Rewarded for Results

We pay well, we share success, and we recognise performance. People who deliver get noticed, get promoted, and get rewarded — not people who just show up.

What You Get

A career in precious metals is unlike any other. You're working at the intersection of global finance, physical markets, and client trust — in one of Australia's fastest-growing bullion businesses.

Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus

Above-market base salaries and structured performance bonuses tied to individual and business results. Your compensation grows with you.

Industry-Leading Training

Structured onboarding, ongoing precious metals education, AFSL-relevant compliance training, and access to industry conferences and events.

CBD Location — Sydney & Melbourne

Prime CBD offices in the financial districts of both cities — Martin Place Sydney and Collins Street Melbourne. Well-connected, professional environments.

Flexible Working Arrangements

Hybrid working options for most roles. We care about output, not face time. Market hours matter — flexibility around them is part of the deal.

Staff Bullion Discount

All employees receive preferential pricing on bullion purchases — because everyone who works here should own what they sell.
