We'll quote a live buy or sell price based on the current spot rate, confirmed on screen. You'll see the exact calculation — spot price, premium, and total.
If you proceed, payment is by EFT, EFTPOS, or cash (within limits). A detailed tax invoice is issued immediately. For purchases, product is handed over or placed into storage.
You leave with your tax invoice, product documentation, and — if storing — your storage agreement and Certificate of Insurance. Everything in writing, every time.

Any transaction requires one of: current Australian passport, current Australian driver's licence, or current foreign passport. The document must be original and in-date.
For selling transactions over $5,000, proof of purchase or provenance may be requested (e.g. original receipts, dealer certificates, assay cards). This protects you and us.
When selling bullion, payment is made by bank transfer. Bring your BSB and account number. For your privacy, we don't store these details longer than the settlement period.
